Payment, Returns and Refunds

 

My website only accepts payments via PayPal, however, if you don’t have a PayPal account, don’t worry, you can still use all major credit and debit cards through the PayPal payment platform – this works just like other online payment systems and is one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

 

Return and Refund Policy

All products are sold as seen and described on the website. For any undamaged or unused product , simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) For larger and/or heavy items please get in touch to arrange pick up or alternative delivery method. (iii) Any costs relating to installation, special delivery, etc will not be refunded.

 

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

 

If within a year of purchase of a product from us there are any issues raised, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. After a year from purchase if there are any issues please get in touch to discuss. Depending on what the issue is there may be a fee for repair.
